our story

Most companies never reach the scale to afford a talented strategic finance professional. But often it is difficult for companies to scale without the expertise these professionals bring. Chicken and egg.

We founded 1/n CFO to give companies of all sizes access to the best financial talent when they need it, and only when they need it.

As a team, we bring deep operational expertise informed by an investor’s perspective. We know how outsiders value companies and thus which levers companies should pull for a successful fundraise or exit.

We are servant leaders. We want you to succeed and we’re willing to roll up our sleeves and do whatever that takes.
